Why can I log in to Novell but not Windows ?

User puts their credentials in to the Novell login after startup and get the Novell login successful but then will not login to windows.
Confirm the asset is in the correct container (admin or research) for the user within zenworks.
This is usually because the Zenworks policy that creates/syncs the windows account with the novell credentials is not installed.
To correct log in to Windows as admin and go to up arrow in systray - right click the round Zenworks icon and from the menu choose refresh.
Restart the computer and try the users credentials again.
