Why can’t Adobe Acrobat DC printer print to a network drive?

Known issue with Acrobat DC pro and DC reader when trying to print to a network drive it fails. Printing to a local drive works initially but not after trying to print to the network. The fix is to go to the printer in the printers folder. Right click and choose printer properties then the advanced tab. Uncheck enable advanced printing features. After that printing to a network drive will work.
