What is the process for ordering Ricoh Toner?
The following article documents the processes for ordering Ricoh multi-function device toner.
Requirements:
The device must be a Ricoh multi-function device supported by IT, Media and Classroom Services.
Instructions:
The process for ordering Ricoh Toner is fully automated and no action is required to order replacement toner. Toner levels are also monitored by IT, Media and Classroom Services remotely.
- When the toner is replaced at the device, a signal is sent to Ricoh and a new order is placed
- Ricoh ships the required toner out using Purolator and is sent to UBC Okanagan.
- Central Receiving and Mail Services receives the toner and will deliver to your department mail room.
- Toner boxes are labelled with the Printer Number as the Name on the Shipping Label.
