What is the process for ordering Ricoh finisher staples?

Follow these instructions to order replacement staples for Ricoh Multi-Function Devices.

Requirements:

For reference, there are 2 types of staple refills (Type T or Type V) used depending on the Ricoh Model.

Ricoh MP 3555 (B&W) with SR3210 Finisher
Type T Staple Refill: Each box contains 2 Ctgs; 5,000 Staples per Cartridge or 10,000 staples.

Ricoh MP C3504ex (Color) with SR3210 Finisher
Type T Staple Refill: Each box contains 2 Ctgs; 5,000 Staples per Cartridge or 10,000 staples.

Ricoh MP 6503 (B&W) with SR 4120 Finisher
Type V Staple Refill: Each box contains 3 Ctgs; 5,000 Staples per Cartridge or 15,000 staples.

Ricoh MP C6503 (Color) with SR 4120 Finisher
Type V Staple Refill: Each box contains 3 Ctgs; 5,000 Staples per Cartridge or 15,000 staples.

Instructions:

1. To order staples call the Ricoh service/supplies 1-800-267-9469 or email supplies@ricoh.ca
2. Be sure to have the MFP’s serial number and printer number handy as it is required for the order
3. If asked for a mailing address, be sure to include your name, department, and building address. If unsure, please review the incoming mail requirements
4. You will receive an order confirmation number and the supplies will be sent out by Purolator and delivered to your department mail room

As this is a Pay for Print system consumable, IT Services will pay for the Ricoh staple refills. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and the staples will arrive by mail.
