Headsets:

Here are some recommended headsets. They are available for purchase via the Workday punch-out catalog through Staples.

 

For busy offices/shared spaces, we recommend something with noise cancellation. Generally, the more expensive ones offer more features, better comfort and sound quality. For higher call volumes, I would go for the Logitech H570e/H650e or the Jabra Evolve 40. The USB-connected headphones are also the easiest to connect.
