Faculty Service Centre Troubleshooting

The Faculty Service Centre or FSC is the official site used by instructors and administrators to access class lists and submit grades, curriculum management and scheduling and email students.

New faculty members or instructors need to apply for access to FSC and then once that access has been granted, the department admin can associate that instructor to the appropriate course(s).

This article is meant to give basic software troubleshooting for the most common issues experienced by new users.

The most common reported FSC problems are, sending emails, entering grades or pulling up class lists.
