Generic error message when logging into CWL

Symptoms:
User receives a generic error message when logging into CWL. After investigation it is determined that the user's birth date in HRMS and in CWL admin are different.
Resolution:
- IT to contact Jacky Ivans in HR (7-9839) to confirm employee's birthdate in HRMS.
- If the birthdate in HRMS is wrong, Jacky will have the HRMS records updated by notifying Payroll. Then the staff member can log back into the CWL sign-up process. If there are still issues, IT will step in and investigate further.
- If the birthdate in HRMS is correct, IT will continue to work with the staff member to explore other potential issues
Do not just send the client down to HR. Contact HR on their behalf.
