Follow these instructions to set up access to Workspace 2.
Requirements:
You must have an EAD account to be eligible for a Workspace 2 account.
Instructions:
Navigate to files.workspace.ubc.ca
In the group ID field enter "UBC". Enter CWL username and password in the appropriate fields.
In some cases, the rights to Workspace may not be attached to your EAD account even if you are eligible. If this happens you should submit a ticket to UBC Vancouver IT and they will attach the rights to your EAD account.
