Process Details:
How do I get access?
Contact the administrative support person for your department to book your teleconference.
Requesting an Account
If your department doesn't have an existing Mitel AWC teleconference account, please submit a ticket using the IT Helpdesk system. Use a problem type of Something Else. When filling out the Details field, list who would be the primary account holder. This person will book and distribute teleconference details to participants.
What is the cost?
Currently there is no cost in using the conferencing system but this may be subject to change.
Can departments/projects purchase their own ports?
If your department or project would like ongoing and unrestricted access to a certain number of ports we can arrange to purchase additional bulk licensing to accommodate your needs. Please submit a work order to IT, Media and Classroom Services to obtain an official quote.
